This will be a series of videos of my wood stove that I built about 30 years back. I started the tear down because I noticed that there was a hole in the cast-able refractory compound. Will show the construction details and give some of the major dimensions later. This is a stove that has secondary air for combustion and at one time had a catalytic converter set up. The whole stove weighs about 300 lbs , 150 pounds for the insert and 150 for the outer shell. The fire box was fully lined with 1 inch thick fire brick. The liner is removable for maintenance.
