  • @racedemon89 I think if someone wants to sell an after market fan for 360, they would be unwise not to add LEDs, for the simple reason that most other fans already feature them. Fair point though.

(I should add I've never had a problem with any of my Talismoon fans, nor have I witnessed a spate of complaints online, but by all means check them out before buying).

  • @racedemon89 that is wrongo my friend. sunon are SHIT. i owned my xbox for a month before i had to put the 360 in another room so it was quieter! i hate these fans, im glad im getting some talismoons.

  • @MrSpartan083 It comes with different coloured LED sets in the box. so you can swap them out if you want.

  • @racedemon89 np mate. pc fans will always be superior to these console ones (XCM, Talismoon etc) but IMO the Whisper Max is the best 360 specific cooling solution.

i'm upping a new vid as i write btw. a realtime demo of the Max's cooling ability. take a look if you're interested.

  • @racedemon89 I have 3 consoles, each one has a Whisper fan fitted and I've never had any problems. First one I bought was 2 years ago and it's still going strong.

  • how much are they?

  • no it won't overheat even if you are playing games. the standard speed setting is better than the fans you get in a retail xbox. they spin at the same speed, but the fan design means they are quieter and extract even more air.

the nitro mode is like a frikkin' hoover

  • just thought if i would like to watch a movie with the fans in low mode wouldnt the xbox overheat at all?

  • @w8t2009 no, the regular mode still extracts more air than microsoft's stock fan. running the Max in standard mode is exactly the same as a regular whisper fan.

  • wont the xbox overheat when you have the low mode on?
