American Speaking Cantonese - 美國人講廣東話

Wow, I am a Cantonese speaker, and I've never heard any foreigner speak Cantonese so well after learning the language for only two and a half years !

You are doing very well, and keep up with the good work.

Usually, English speaking people cannot master the intonation of Cantonese cos we've got 9 tones, and the word would become an absolutely different thing with only a very slight difference.

Trust me as a Cantonese speaker, you are doing very well.

@vickyleong Did you grow up in Hong Kong? I grew up in America, but my parents speak Cantonese in the house, so I can speak it. I think I learned it based on sound, because I know nothing about tones in Cantonese lol
