Doppleganger's EXTREEMLY easy if you can find the Stopwatch subweapon. Just freeze time and wail away! It literally has no chance against you, because you'll more than likely kill it before your 5 seconds of frozen time are up.

good thing the doppleganger couldn't use the metamrphasis..that fight would have lasted so long dracula could have come back 8 more times at least

if you actually kill that knight down there, you can get jeweled fist and glass curtain which lets you do like 20 dmg? making it ALOT easier taking down doppleganger

but man... the knight made me use ALL of my hearts -spam knives- and left me with 2 hp left, had to use a pot roast
