Match highlights are Dennis Condrey and Norvell Austin beating the Fabulous Ones and Porkchop Cash and the Dream Machine over the Rock & Roll Express. If you've ever seen the late '80 video called "Rock & Roll Wrestling" these is where the Fabs jumping Jim Cornette comes from. Andy is in the background here but it leads to him doing color commentary on the next match. Excuse the video quality but this is quite rare footage.

I think you're right. All the reports I've seen stated that it was around Thanksgiving when his family noticed a continual cough, which was a symptom.
