Its the russians, not the americans, who are helping the Iranians. Plus the technology is Nuclear but not weapons building, only civil.
Trust me, America has its head so far up Israel's backside that israel would never allow america to aid iran in anyway!

To put it more directly; as we know, Iran is wanting to develop its own nuclear power and weaponary. With this said, it is the US [Government Department of Energy] that is funding a Russian institute that is working closely with Iran on its Nuclear Projects...YET ANOTHER CASE OF COMPLETE INCOMPETANCE & STUPIDITY OF THE US GOVERNMENT - A Complete Waste of Four Million Dollars.
