Crossfit Open WOD 11.4. 60 burpees, 30 OHS, 10 muscle ups, AMRAP for 10 minutes. It's cold and rainy outside, so I wasn't even going to bother with the muscle ups. Most boring workout yet. Did all the burpees and 25 squats.
