I am trying 2 figure this 1 out.Unlike the Catholic Church there should not be occassion where a child is left in an Elder's care.Any duties a minor may have, R carried out when their parents & other adults R around. That is not bashing catholicism, Im just saying there is no reason for a kid 2 B under the supervision of an elder. Many people R evil, in all walks of life. Its not a JW thing its a mucked up world thing. As a JW if it happened 2 my child I'd have his testicals

@davidhomme not true. I know of someone that is JW.Her brother molested her (he is JW too). The elders know about it. He is still a member and still goes to her Hall. Yes catholics did move the priests around but they smartened up and stopped this practice. I do agree sex abuse is in all religions and social economic groups

I can understand though not imagine your present situation. You have to feel trapped. The only way out is to chew off your leg, unfortunately. you will be judged as an evil apostate - you already know this. It's very difficult at first, but you have instant friends out here that can relate.

Well, there is one thing I can confirm for you Rick and everyone else. Jehovah's Witnesses have spent millions of dollars of JW's world-wide work contributions on this problem. Remember, in addition to those multi-million dollar settlements, they had to pay some worldly lawyers huge legal fees. I honestly don't know the exact number - only a few people possess that exact number - but, the est. amounts that were floating around are staggering and would cause anyone of JW's great pain of heart.

the watchtower organization says that all jw's are ministers and represent the organization, so since that is the case it means that they allow pedophiles to represent the organization, because the let them go from door to door---shocking!
