@dannyboy785 undead or morbid you talking about? because it takes 3 shots from a full power shotgun to kill a mouth on grim for me

My best strategy on the hardest difficulty of this is have full shotgun, flare, and grenade. Start by running through the gate and to the left/top-left part with most of the little huts(with mouths in them) and first throw a flare to get the other distracted and shotgun the broken wall to get to the mouth. 3-4 shots and he's dead. Repeat that with every hut, throw a flare(or grenade if you're out) and shotgun the broken wall. It's the most efficient, IMO and it really works.
