BTW free will cannot be 'given' by God or anybody else. You either have it independantly, on your own, of your own power, or you don't have it at all. If it is 'given' then it is bounded by the being who gave it to you, making it slave will.

Its not my fault that facts and logic make you angry. Logic is the basis of morality.

@Seniter When people couldn't explain rain and thunder, they would dance to make it rain. The best example it a big car accident (that God allowed) then one one person survives, it becomes a miracle. It is totally ridiculous. I would believe in God, if church goers would be less sick or have less accidents. Or if religious marriages would outlast the non religious ones. Religious people have the same amount of random happening to them because there is no God to watch over them.

Besides Earths distance from the sun isn't fixed as the difference of distance during winter is ~4 % than during summer.

@yoyo4085 thoughts but not free from the internal or external factors other than coercsion that could influence those thoughts. If you reason very well no one can really be free in the truest sense. Other motions influence our will the only one who can really be free is the one who is powerful enough that other motions dont influence his will since all this motions exsist by his wil. His will is it not influenced by anything do you have that freedom.

So, yeah the universe, or our planet at the very least seems designed. And if there's a design, there's normally a designer, now if that designer is perfect or all seeing or all knowing I highly doubt. I'm not even sure if the designer would even be considered benevolent by our standards that we hold today. All I know, is that everything, from the tiny mosquito to the vast universe and beyond, was made by something or someone. You don't get this much working from an explosion after all.

I'm not sure I believe in the Christian God, but I believe in a creator and this is why:

The universe makes sense, from the way physics interacts on every facet of our life, to the way earth is perfectly habitable, the way the moon effects the tides, and the way that if the earth were just a tiny bit closer or farther from the sun we'd all burn or freeze to death.

I mean, we can barely reproduce the way the nervous system interacts perfectly with our bodies to allow us to walk talk and think.
