I want to know how those officers did not give him a ticket for no license, no registration and no insurance. This is something that seem standard and required in Canada and yet, they did not. wow. where is Joshua and where can I get a hold of him for the answer.

@gtechie First link in the description. How could they write you up a ticket, if you didn't give them authority(voluntarily consent) over you? If you haven't committed injury to a third party, stole property, or committed fraud, they can't force you, or oblige you to do anything under any statues, unless you voluntarily consent. Take care.

I love to be enlightened about this kind of information, but I have a big problem with the music in the backround.
