Comedians Steve White & Scott Kennedy on Howie's Late Night Rush

Both Steve White and Scott Kennedy were just up here at The Improv in South Lake Tahoe (inside Harveys Casino on the NV side) so in addition to doing my radio show I had them on my TV show as well. Both are great as are most of the comics who come on my show. it's all about the publicity as any good comedian will tell you. Hell look at Facebook! Steve has an exhaustive amount of television credits including Comedy Central, HBO, BET, Hangin With Mr. Cooper, Living Single, Carolines Comedy Hour, Def Comedy Jam, Comic Strip Live, Showtime At The Apollo and Yo! MTV Raps. The movie stuff is equally as impressive appearing in Coming to America, Harlem Nights, Clockers, Do the Right Thing, Jungle Fever and Mo-Better Blues. And those are just the movies directed by Spike Lee! White had a rare opportunity working with Lee when he asked Steve to be a director trainee on the movie, Malcolm X starring Denzel Washington. White is black and Jewish too but both eyes function. Scott Kennedy has been entertaining the troops now for over four years and personally has entertained probably close to 50,000 military personellel. Hes the real deal folks and as long as there is a conflict in that part of the world Scott will make himself available to book comedy shows over there. Hes also been to Afghanistan a number of times and Im hoping to tour there (Afghanistan) through Scott because he knows the ins and outs better than anybody in that part of the world. Ive already asked him if either comedian Michael Pace, Rocky LaPorte or Graham Elwood would join us to do some shows over there. He's been on Comedy central, has a several CDs out and is one of my favorite guys. And no, he doesn't hit on me either.....
