Portal Puzzle:Dinosaur fizzle filtered

This is a filtered version of the dinosaur fizzle found in the recent portal update. I used Audacity 's noise removal in an attempt to remove some of the static from the sound file.

It's not Still Alive, it is the basic sound of the radios.
