Plenty of bands share names. US and UK copyright law does not protect band names. A band can, however, trademark and brand its name. Only then can legal action be used against those who use said trademark without permission. To my knowledge, the UK Babys have no such trademark on the name "The Babys." As such, The Japanese Babys have done nothing wrong. This is all readily available information that I suggest you look into before you make ignorant remarks. Thank you.

i love these guys, they were perfect for doing the music for paradise kiss. they really are a breath of fresh air against all the reality tv x factor whatevers got no talent bullshit!
