what I would recommend is just record whatever you want, then put it into iMovie or Windows Movie Maker (depending on which OS you use) and then just dub over the video with a microphone recording. You can adjust the original sound to go higher or lower if you wanted to bring attention to a particular song or sound effect, for example.
