Pulmonaria time lapse

lungwort, or Pulmonaria grows like a weed in many gardens throughout the spring and summer. It is called lungwort due to the resemblance of the leaves to human lungs. As with many medicinal plants it's medicinal function is generally connected to the part of the body it resembles.

I had always thought the pink and blue flowers were separate, but here you can clearly see the pink flowers turning blue. Filmed over the course of five days in the studio.
