BBoy Storm murdering it!

I downloaded this video a long time ago on style2ouf.com, but I could not find another copy floating around on the internet!
I just wanted to share with you all the jack of all trades, Storm, with a killer 2 minute routine.

Storm is a legend from Germany, and has been doing this since 1983.
If anyone can tell me when this video was recorded, I would be greatly appreciated!
I'm assuming it's late 90's with the quality of the film, and style of dress.
