I LOST 66 LBS IN 13 WEEKS!!!

as of this video i am 3 months into my weight loss program. the program is run by a company called Take Shape For Life and involves portion controlled meals provided by a 30 year old company called Medifast which is in the top 16 fast growing companies in the nation. within the last decade Medifast and Take Shape For Life (TSFL) have combined forces to provide an easy weight loss program that is cheap, healthy, and safe. after my first 2 months on the program i became a health coach for TSFL so i could help other people to reach optimum health. if you would like to view me personal website it is www.growingsmaller.tsfl.com

i suppose people may be wondering how things have turned out for me. i stuck with the program and am now down over 130 lbs. my current weight 219 and i feel great. i've been maintaining this weight for about 6 months now
