Why not look at what we can use this device for in a good way? For social warnings on tv or government messages? Why only see the downside of things?

We checked this thing out at my office. Plus, you can see from other videos on youtube i.e. 'Remote Control Trick - Laser Jammer/Detector', that the technology is pretty simple and already exists. So the claims HANBOS make seem pretty credible. As for the legal issues, I think this was simply a case of 'let's make this because we can'. The marketing guys here are all getting excited, but I must admit that I'm concerned about how advertisers will abuse this thing...
