You can sure of a few things when arriving in Wellington - wind, rain, mist and low visibility.

Oh landed a littel far down teh runway, missed the glide path i am guessing ;)

I have flown into Wellington (as a passenger) many times :) Usually on Air NZ 737's or B1900D's

I flew the approach in the video on ILS until close to the runway - then manually landed it as I always do. If you look at the vid again you'll see the wind picks the plane up just before the flare. But at the end of the day it's a game and not real :) The piano keys are only guidelines lol

Oh i do understand, its tough at times, but i think in real life a boeing would go round if touch down is beyond the large white markers... i am a commercial pilot who trained out of welly, so know it well. U should try some flying lessons some time, its well worth it

Do u know inaccurate that video is. I live in Wellington, New Zealand and well it doesnt always rain we have great weather! plus the airport doesnt look anything like that! so yeah i thought the video sucked big time!
