The Haunted Mansion Waltz (Grim Grinning Ghosts)

Just a short clip of the Waltz you hear on The Haunted Mansion ride at Disney World as played on my old upright piano.

So the piano is VERY out of tune... I don't think it has ever been tuned. It actually has a little story: It was my great grandmother's piano and she thought of it as the most valuable thing she owned... story goes that in the 1920's her house caught fire and she pushed the piano out of the house and down the front steps to save it.... it had gotten so hot by that point that she had to cover it with a quilt to even touch it. Dunno how true but it does show signs of smoke damage inside.

When the original ballroom music was being recorded, the organist was just ad-libbing. Unless this is the result of a REALLY hardcore Mansion fan taking the time to write his own sheet music, this is all being played by ear. Whew!
