In this case the cop did the correct thing according to his training.. she was actively refusing to obey his commands... and she MAY have been a threat, if a cop tells you to get in the car, you don't argue and say.. Show me the tape! You get in the car.. if you think your unfairly being issued a ticket.. take it to court, thats what the court is for.

He asked her to go back into the car, she refused. She could of had a weapon for all he knew. Once she got back into the car that's when the cop starts acting stupid, does that make all police dumb?
