If you're trying to find an electric guitar for a beginning musician take a look at Musician's Friend's selection of all-in-one, musician-approved electric guitar packs.

These value guitar packs offer great bang for the buck because they come with everything needed to get started — at low package-deal prices.

Inside each box you'll find:
An electric guitar
Guitar amplifier
Electronic tuner
Guitar strap
Guitar picks
Instrument cable for plugging the guitar into the amplifier
A gigbag for carrying the guitar
And an instructional DVD for learning the basics

Musician's Friend has the largest selection of electric guitar packs, over 50, so how do you pick the right one?

First off, all of the guitars in these value packs are well-made and easy to play, ranging in price from $99 to $500. For a beginning player just choose a comfortable price point and then focus on the style of the guitar and the style of music that's of interest. Moving up in price generally moves you to an intermediate-level guitar or to a bigger or more versatile amplifier, with more effects, such as reverb.

To give you a better idea let's take a look at a few of the guitar packs we offer.
