I agree; Cynthia, you need to be a little more upbeat and speak a little faster. I didn't finish the video because the cadence of your speech was about to put me to sleep. Be more direct in your videos...Al Schreiter is a perfect example of good speech cadence and concise information. Your video here in 3:23 could be done in 90 seconds or less.
