New Feature! Check out the Album Playlist http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=91ADFEC776E8B4FD
This is a pleasant version of a song from the 1920s. It would make a nice album cut, but would you guess that it was featured as the title track of Brenda Lee's 1966 album? It was still another album of covers with only one hit, "Rusty Bells", from the previous year. What happened to our little Rock n' Roller?
Looks like some show not seen in Providence R I . Odd, but Brenda performs like a "veteran"

Looks like the gal behind Brenda gives her a bit of a push at the start of this video. Brenda was busy working mostly in night clubs when this LP was released. She did a few rock numbers in her act but most of the songs were for adult ears.

I think this was around the time that Brenda was steering away from the Rock and Roll "fad" and courting the main stream audience a la Andy Williams, Johnny Mathis, etc.
