If you weren't there and only comment from the video the your an idiot. @Hisnomad Assaulted or not he doesn't deserve that beating. If he's guilty then he'll do his time and serve his punishment in jail or prison. What if someone made up lies and told the cops you were refusing to leave, you think it would be ok then for them to do the same to you? You're probably a pig who has nothing else better to do and go spread misinformation just to try to reverse people's opinions about cops.
@Hisnomad I never understand why people defend police brutality. Regardless of what happened earlier, this man is face down on the ground, being held down by 2 officers, and then beaten. Who in their right mind thinks police should behave this way towards anyone?

@Jacechance1 I have seen entire 9min video and read detailed account of this particular incident. Unrelated, but I agree with this statement: “I believe law enforcement officers are not just subject to the same laws as anyone else, we are, as we should be, held to an even higher standard” - Sheriff Richard K. Jones - Dec 2nd 2011. daytondailynews com / news/crime/sheriffs-deputy-receives-jail-time-following-drunken-driving-arrest-1293295 . html
