im not sure if this is the one, but i had a timer that was the vital and i had to use the healing liquid thing to heal and keep it up while thinking what to do next.

finally a fucking realistic medic game. And without that timer.

But, i liked the G.U.I.L.T stuff. Although the variety of medics is even better
