@Chev2295 His name is Shigure. He's the one who operated on Hiei giving him the Jagan. He only appears in the Three Kings saga (last season)

Hands down best anime...best anime guy...my absolute favorite :) <3 And still to this day Kurama is revered in Japan as the most popular anime guy second only to Hiei. It is unfortunate that in the U.S. it is no longer well-known or revered as much anymore merely because it's old. No. Its a classic. I'm 21, as old as the series itself and I am STILL in love with Kurama and proud of it. A few years down the line I will show my kids this so that YYH will continue to be revered. :) <3
