I admire his passion, courage & intelligence in speaking the straight truth about US iperialism abroad & right here. its pretty easy to just 'shoot the messenger', as they say, much harder to actually deal with the implications of what he's talking about. whether or not he's non-native or a plagiarist (both of which are untrue, tho feel free to believe whatever you want), the usa is still sitting on occupied land and waging wars of imperialism abroad. those are the real issues at stake, the consequences being death and destruction. save your scandals for the nat'l enquirer and let the grown ups talk politics.

That is not correct. His own colleagues cleared him on one of the panels assembled by the university. He is taking their findings to court with him as he sues the university, and by all accounts he has a great case. He didn't "lie" as you say. Nor did he "lie" about being an Indian -- this is all pretty well laid out in public now, so if one doesn't know it, or rejects it in advance, then you can understand why I resorted to the "Fox News" comment since they consistently ignored contrary facts.
