I have MVP Baseball 2005 for the ps2. What I do in Dynasty Mode is just take the players that the computer creates and edit them into todays top players in the game same number height around the same weight because you can't change their weight and give them the names of todays players an give them similar facial features. Also what up with the managers. Do they have contracts can you fire or sign managers they don't live to be 150 freaking years old lol.

No, you can only do it with the PC version of MVP 04 or 05. It if only you could do it with the PS2 and Gamecube.
