I'm trying to let my hair go natural, I've been getting relaxers for years. I hate it but if I want it to grow I have no choice. I take 5,000 mg of Biotin & I only straighten my hair once a month to see progress. I also use organic products. Most hair products have alcohol in them. ANY type of alcohol is horrible for african american hair. It has growed a bit, not fast but not slow either. Any other tips, people?
