Are you serious!!! You didnt excercise at all??? That is amazing. My bf would lovr to hear that since he is obese an I have been trying for years to get him to take his health more serious.........I am gonna try this myself an see what my results are. I just want to lose 30 pounds an maintain it with a healthy life style

@Chyannskye yes i am serious, i did not exercise, and i still haven't added it back in yet. i plan on it, but life has just been too crazy for me to be committed to it. wishing you and your bf the best.

@lbghcg i will probably update when i get to a year. i have nothing really to share except that i love my new lifestyle ( hopefully by then i will have finally added in exercise) Hcg works and i am so thankful for the second chance it gave me at life.
