@vegasvicki Yep. Sounds familiar. They are a bunch of low lifes. They'd rather harass someone on a Friday, Saturday, Holiday, etc. than do something good. They have no life. They are miserable and just want to drag others down to their level.

Has anyone tried this shielding method and does it help? I am a victim of mind reading/Voice to Skull torture in Las Vegas, NV. It seems really cost effective and I even have some old VHS tapes around here some where. Never hurts to try I guess!
