Whats up! So a lot of people new to threaded jewelry usually aren't sure what the difference between internally threaded and externally threaded jewelry so I thought I would talk briefly about the difference. Internally threaded body jewelry is where the threads are on the inside, so while inserting the jewelry it goes through totally smooth and seamless. Externally threaded body jewelry is where the threads are on the outside so the threads will actually rub against your skin a little bit while inserting the jewelry. Normally it isn't a big deal to wear externally threaded jewelry, but it can cause a little bit of irritation if the threads rub up against your skin enough. So if you have had some irritation from external jewelry or just prefer a much smoother insertion then its for sure good to check out internally threaded pieces. They do usually cost a little more, but for the quality you get its well worth it.

Anyways, check out our site we have a ton of both internal and externally threaded jewelry and plugs for all sizes of ears! Hope all is well and Ill have more vids to come soon!
