@movesinc All of the Top D.1 schools work a mixture of zone and gap schemes. It's deadly when taught right and kept simple.

@AuburnBoi4Lyfe Auburn ran TONS of zone with Cam Newton. Did you ever watch their games??

So AuburnDummy4Lyfe you are saying Coach Trickett doesn't know what he"s talking about? You stupid if you think so. Just so you know Malzahn used Zone Blocking also. However with Cam as your QB you can use Power more to play to his strengths, but if you have a smaller build QB the Zone base works just as well. Oregon still made to the championship game and they used Zone princples, so comment is pretty stupid!

This video is bullshit! For the spread offense to be successful you will need to have a 2 back offense the TE, RB or FB, RB thats always ran from the shotgun and pull the guards, and the center and block the LB's and you will have at least a 6 or 7 yard gain everytime, and by it being the spread offense you will need a qb that is elusive. Its best to use a power run game instead of zone blocking. Zone blocking will get you no where.
@auburnBoi4Lyfe I have to agree with @MrPZ. There are plenty of teams and schemes that run the spread and use zone blocking. You team skills and personnel make a big difference but I have seen zone and man blocking schemes done with nearly every style of offense. Are you guys seeing only man schemes in AL?
