@rougesimo yeah roids sucks.. i almost take a cycle of steroids like a year ago because i wasn't reaching the results i want, but after i read some testimonials of people who use them i decided not to take them cause they can give you besides fast muscle gains, realy bad acne in the face and back, 6 packs with big fat belly (intestines pushing out), really bad breath and garbage smelly sweat, rage attacks and some other shit.

@BrandonCarterTV hey man i have a question (and you've probably been asked this before but...) how long did it take you to get as big as you are now? ive been working out for 5 years now, im 20 5'7 and weigh 155 lbs, and ive plateaued many times. i dont take any roids, creatine, or any of that stuff (just whey and only 36 grams for 2 scoops). can you give some recommendations on what i should do? THANKS!
