Graham is a joy to listen to and watch. I was so happy for him during the Blur reunion.

Graham's face without glasses reminds me a young Clapton, just an idea....

@aidanday Cheers man.

Dear Diary,
Graham Coxon is the 'bickies'. You can take that 1 to the bank.
Love Steve.

@stratmad Great post, man. You've got a great ear. From: another good ear.

'72 telecaster deluxe, with the two fender double humbuckers

What guitar is he using? Is it a Tele? I mean the headstock is different from the normal Tele.

As a matter of fact, Graham isn't playing hard chords. He uses different positions but on the same chord each. I think he never takes his eyes off the fretboart because thats he's usual position. Almost every live performance of Blur he's looking to the guitar, or to the floor. However, I love the way he plays and creates rythm

@benjamin308 hehe I didn't think you would do it, nice. That's a waterlight example.
So I have to admit I may have underestimated the difficulty of what Graham is doing.
What the fuck guys, the orange ones Damon and the red ones Graham, he has always sung this one. always.

Graham is brilliant but in a different way to Hendrix or Page I reckon. Less flashy, less lengthy guitar solos based around the blues, etc. Just really clever use of chords and voicings, creating rhythms that butt up against the drums and bass really interestingly, etc. To my ears he's coming more from the Johnny Marr school of guitar playing i.e. to serve the song first but the playing is unique enough to catch your attention.
