it can't be said enough, government is out of control! there are so many rules, regulations, and laws that each and every one of us break one law or another every single day. you have to be a lawyer yourself just to know if what you are doing is "within the law" and even then you can't specialize in each area of law! its time to throw all the bums out with the exception of common sense people like this governor.  you can't defend your life from an "endangered" species? Well, then I would suggest at least for now (read current administration) if you shoot a dangerous bear leave it where it lays or bury it, don't tell the government a thing. They don't need to know your business anyway.This is a good example of the federal government blindly prosecuting without considering you or the details of your situation, even if your state government sides with you. Just another example of an over reaching federal behemoth that some want to make even bigger. VOTE!

As being an in holder on a piece of property inside of a national park I've seen and had a lot of dealings with these animal rights people and I'm absolutely not surprised by the action of the prosecutors against Mr. Hill.
