you dont punch with the first 2 knuckles..the first knuckle can break easy..you punch with the 2 middle

My personal favorite pair of gloves are Ringside , They have a perfect wrist support and the right fist position , But I just need help to tie the laces, thats the only downside of them.

man, very nice gym!!! my boxing gym only has a mat. no exercise equipment, no room for a ring. nothing. hahaha its poor. wish i had a better gym to train at.

@QCBEC its really just the hand position you feel like you gotta force to make your hand fist and it does fatigue your hand...watever it just make me work harder right?
