Real UFO spotted in Oregon

Didn't notice the UFO until watching this video on my computer. I had the footage a year or so now. It really looks like a flying saucer that we have all heard about. I don't know but I have no doubt about what is contained in this video but I am skeptical as to what it is....is it some kind of illusion?

I have seen that before in that area but it is not a building,I have never seen an building like that,and it's hovering.if edited then great job and if not,well I won't say it's fake.

to me however it looks like it just pops in and out.  A little odd no flying around and convenient for video editing. but then again... meh.

That's interesting. It's definitely not a water tower. Its there one second and then gone the next. It that wasn't edited it definitely seem's un-explainable. You might take the original video to an expert who cares. Youtuber's these days are swamped by every yahoo who thinks he can make a fake video just to get votes. A specialist in say mufon on mufon.com might know if its useful.
