I sure do miss Rod Roddy. I loved at the end when he says this is Rodddddd Roddy speaking 4TPIR, a Mark Goodson TV productions. I sure do miss those days.

I really didn't see anything wrong with the ORIGINAL theme music for The Price is Right though, to me, it's VERY DATED and should have been saved though, and I wish that Bob coud have stayed on as the show's executive producer as well.

The only thing I dislike about Bob Barker was his poor treatment of Rod Roddy when Rod was sick in 2002-03. Bob stripping Rod of his on air appearances peeved me off.

Personally, they should've changed the font entirely on the credits in order to keep up with the times. The 1980-1996 credits looked very tacky. I would've wanted the font to be like that of "Too Close for Comfort" or "Treasure Hunt" from 1980-1985 and "Late Night with David Letterman" from 1985-1989 "227" or "Who's the Boss?" from 1989-1992 and "Saturday Night Live '93" from 1992-1996.

Bob Barker, good game show host, horrible executive producer. Frank Wayne's death shocked television. Mark Goodson's biggest mistake was hiring Barker as executive producer. To be honest, his last few years on the show were getting tedious. Thankfully Drew Carey brought back a lot of features that were lost when Barker was EP. Frank Wayne created Match Game, and he innovated Plinko on The Price Is Right for those of you that didn't know. RIP Frank Wayne, you ruled.

"Jonathan, you've won over TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS in cash and prices today! Congratulations!" ;) Always love a full credit ending of TPiR, and sure miss Holly!

I miss the old school credits with everyone waving to the camera, and the TPiR logo at the end. Oh, and also Bob, cuz Drew Carey SUCKS!

I wonder how many of these companies went out of buisness

holy crap this is so dull compared the the UK version
Leslie Crowther we love you
Holy crap! I never knew Edd Kalehoff's name (never mind Score Productions, when he originally composed the theme) was in their credits. I was about a week old at the time of this airing. Do you have a close from March 13, 1987 (giving that there wasn't a close on the 12th)? 8o)
