@p1314reyes i got this problom 2!! its pissing me off i can't figure out how to unistall it! when it goes to the uninstall it says are you sure? then it has yes im sure if u click on that it won't do anything?!?!?! u can click on it 1000 times and nothing it pisses me off

True. Now, I cant uninstall this crap. Lucky that I changed my card number. They ask me to provide my credit card number so they can cancel my subscription and I noticed that sounds like a scam. I reply them to cancel it. Now, the problem is how to remove it from my computer.

when i have a major problem i just stick my USB flash drive in and reinstall windows 7 LOL Problem solved but i rarly do that cause i don't DOWNLOAD anything except software i trust lol

yeah, you can tell from their commercial that they're a scam. when the spot opens with "is your computer running slowly", that's the bait right there, because hell, everybody computer is running slowly as some time or another. Especially a clueless noob who will fall for this crap.

I had the misfortune of visiting this sight and purchasing the software, of course running the diagnostics revealed a"possible malware" on my laptop. They promised to double my current speed, which did not happen, and then have contacted me twice, to purchase their service at $200.00 to fix my laptop. Huge mistake on my part.

2.If your computer is infected run a good antivirus sotware
