Classic Game Room season 1. May 3, 2000. The Classic Game Room fights zombies, mutant slugs and headslpitting monsters in this horror, action game Carrier for the Sega Dreamcast. This game takes place on an aircraft carrier (hence the title of the game) and weaves an intricate tale of deceit, disease and death. This is similar in style to the popular Resident Evil games, including Code Veronice, which the Game Room reviewed the week before shooting this review. If you like scary action adventure games with violence, mutants, the undead and evil... and the ocean. Then you'll like Carrier, maybe.

Classic Game Room was the FIRST classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Classic Game Room HD marked the return of the series in 2008. The original Classic Game Room reviewed Atari, NES, Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Dreamcast and Playstation... too bad they didn't get to Xbox 360, PS3, PS2 or Wii. Now Classic Game Room HD is covering the new systems.

  • No killer slugs movie? What about "SLUGS" (1988), directed by the late Juan Piquer Simón?

  • this game definitely takes an open mind to enjoy. it has not aged too well, but it still is a fun game to play if your looking for an old school resident evil feeling game to play

  • This game may have been good back in 2000, but as of 2012, it has aged horribly. When I bought my used Dreamcast a couple months ago, and it came with this game. The controls are incredibly clunky, even for a game released in 2000. Hell, even Ocarina of Time in the N64 from 1998 still controls smoothly even today in 2012! Or Super Mario 64 from 1996. Carrier is simply unplayable nowadays due to the abysmal controls.

  • it does get kinda boring which is a shame.... I'd really like to get into this..

  • I don't get all the love for Carrier. Maybe it was because I played it after RE Code Veronica (I think), but I thought it was awful and didn't even bother finishing it because it was just plain boring. I actually enjoyed Blue Stinger much more.

  • No killer slugs movie? Tremors! (Yes I know this was recorded in 2000)

  • hi, i am stuck on the "jessifer manning" ... i am in the plant area where i went passed the dark hallway. i do not know where to go passed this point ... deck: 4/5 ... please help.

  • Who else couldn't watch this without thinking of Dead Space?

  • @HeLLVaderous

Yeah, that's what I thought, but this game doesn't have the kitch feel to it Deep Fear has.
