My mother actually bought this dvd for me when I was pregnant with my son. And I was a bit hesitant as to whether or not it would work. (Personally I thought it was a load of crap lol). But after watching it and listening for the different "sounds" that my son made, I really found that it did help. Particularly the "neh" sound meaning hungry. The dvd's were $40.00 which is a bit ridiculous if you ask me, but I am kind of glad I got it now. Thankfully I wasn't the one to pay for em ;) lol
