  • I love the way the kid is so nonchalant when he plays too... he may not realize what he's doing... at least to some extent anyway. BIG props to young musicians! It'd be intersting to see what kind of all-star kid jazz/blues kind of group you could put together with your Tony Royster Jrs. and Ari Teitels of the world! Who would the bass player be? Anyone know?

  • Wow..all u musicians giving the kid a hard time..funny, I see HIM on youtube and not you! Penatonic? Who cares,he knows how to please a crowd. Put the freaking guitar magazines down and go pratice!!!

  • this kids has funk

  • I took my dad to this show for his birthday. It was incredible. I've seen around 400 bands and this was in my top ten. Seeing them let that kid as well as a coupla others come up and play was about as classy as is gets, in my opinion.

  • Go cuz!!!!

  • now he's 13...im honored to be in his band :D

i'm 15...i play keys in it

  • i agree w/ you macgee. every musician on here gets criticized by everyone because "its good, but not that good. better than me maybe, but with bad tone. and i mean, he's only running the pentatonic..." give it a rest. just realize that not everyone playing an instrument is at the top of their game but at least they're doing something more productive than scanning the internet for fake musicians and criticizing their every mistake and miscue. give them props.

  • What is the name of this song?

  • The kid is 11 years-old! Give him some time. They're just impressed that he can do that at his age. You youtubians have to critique everything, even when it's not really necessary. I don't even care if you can play better; the point is, whether you critique this kid's playing or not, I doubt he's going to know you're critiquing him, anyway. He didn't post the video So, what's your point?
