pH is around 7.4, but they adapt to almost any. The tank had pH of 6.0 for their first few months, but then I buffered the water with crushed coral and no longer experience the pH drop when doing water changes. Temp = 78F. I feed the Rams tiny sinking pellets for cichlids. They are dark brown grains of food. They sink well and the Rams scarf them down.

The process took about an hour and a half for this method. I have actually changed my acclimation method to a drip one, which takes two hours. If you check my other videos you can see it.
Bolivian Rams are very hardy compared to some other Dwarf Cichlids, such as German Blue Rams. They tolerate a wider range of water quality issues.
