All I can say you are a true inspiration to me. I'm 38 motivated as all hell and want to compete in the 2016 olympic games in RIO. I've got my full planche on bars perfect, can do 10 pike presses in a row on bars and 12 straddle presses in a row on rings. I'm three quaters on getting a TRUE Manna. My handstand has the proper shoulder angle with no arch, actually hollow body handstands are getting easy for me. I was a former sprinter so tumbling is good. What do you think of my chances for 2016?
May i ask you, when you where younger you where a gimnastists? I subscribed to you for the reason that i do your exercise to strength my body for gimnastics and i got to say it, YOU ARE FREAKING AWESOME! I hope to do as well as you one day.
