  • Great tips!

  • Some might even choose to fast on thanksgiving. Then you can really concentrate on the people and have meaningful conversations with family (rather than the usual small talk in between mouthfuls of supporting eachothers food addictions)

  • Thank you for your input on being considerate to the host regarding the meal. It was very thoughtful.

  • i am eating 10 pounds of food a day and i drink 2 glasses of water. It was a transitioning period but know the water and the food just flys. No problem. You re body has to adapt to the natural volumes and water intake frequencies. We re not made to eat some dehydrates bricks. And we re not made to drink 3 liters of water to dillute our excess saltintake

  • dont book breakfast at the hotel and purchase somewhere between 2,5-10Kg of sweet fruit and 0,5-2Kg of tender greens depending on the caloric density(tomato:150kcal/kg, persimon1300/Kg) of your sweet fruit. Go where the fruits are. Go south go 80/10/10, if u think the 80/10/10 diet when watch the videos of dr. douglas graham. If you ve watch them all and you still think the same...no that wont happen. i am sure you wake up if u watch em all.

  • great video, I'm already struggling

  • Great advice, Natasha.
