The Church has long used Matthew 16:19 to "bind and lose the devil". Here is my question, if Matthew 24:35 is true and His words never pass away, and we bind the devil according to a principle in the Bible; why does the devil seem to get loose, and if we loose him from our circumstances how does he get back in? We delve into this doctrine in an Investigative Report format to see if this Doctrine of Binding and Loosing should be applied differently.
