10 year old, Colin Wells, performs a 20 minute long cycle set with the 8kg Kettlebell. This took place December 13, 2008 at the AKC Southeast Kettlebell Sport Championship in Duluth, Georgia. His older brother, Connor Wells, another junior lifter, performs a 20 minute long cycle set with the 16kg Kettlebell. Ken Love, 67 years old, performs snatch alongside them.

That might be a point.
But then this has more to do with the training regimen they use. He could easily go with less intense sets or more intense shorter sets.
I would agree that his technique isn't perfect on the joints. I would argue that this has to do with the freaking size of the bell more than his skill though ;)

I don't agree! Bodyweight exercises, yes. Isometrics, yes. Even slow controlled free weights at less than one rep maxes. But not high rep sets of exercises that yank and stress the growing joints and ligaments like this! Very bad. But the damage may not be known for years.
